4.TERTIARY MEDICAL CARE : |
By Apollo group of hospitals to provide superspeciality care like Cardiology, Neurology & Maxillo- facial surgery. Payment will have to be made in cash to Apollo Hospital by the respective Chef De Mission. Names of the Insurance Company will also be required if the participants are insured. |
4.DISASTER MANAGEMENT TEAMS: |
By 04 Quick Reaction Medical Teams (QRMTs) earmarked and located at each polyclinic location, to render medical help in case of disaster. |
HEALTH TEAMS: |
There will be a total of three health teams headed by three preventive and social medicine specialists. |
CONCLUSION :It will
be the endeavour of all persons of Army Medical Corps to provide fast,effective & comprehensive medical care to all the participants
& officials of MWG-2007. |
MEDICAL NEWS :
1. As per the directions of CISM in case of admission of an injured athlete or official for tertiary care at Apollo Hospital (Private) the hospital charges have to be paid in cash by the respective Chief De Missions.
2. Names of the Insurance Companies of the athletes are also required by the Apollo hospital which should be intimated.
3. It is intimated that above payment is only when an athlete is admitted to a tertiary care private hosp like Apollo and not at any Primary or Secondary care centre. |
